Q. If I cancel my subscription will I get a refund?
A. Absolutely. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are ever dissatisfied with our magazine we will send you a refund on all un-mailed issues, no questions asked.
Q. How will I know when my subscription expires?
A. You will receive two reminders. The first one will arrive around the time you receive your penultimate issue and the second reminder around the time of your final issue. Hopefully one of these will jog your memory to renew. You can also renew on-line, fax or telephone.
Q. Where will I find my customer number?
A. Your customer number is printed on the envelope that contains your magazine. You will also find it at the top right hand corner of your renewal letter. Alternatively you can telephone our offices to find out your customer number on +44 (0) 20 8655 6400
Q. Why does CH Publications send me renewal notices before my subscription has expired?
A. Renewal notices are sent out well in advance so that our customers do not experience a break in service. Your last issue number is clearly written on the renewal notice and your renewal will start with the subsequent issue number.
Q. I have paid my subscription renewal but have still received a renewal notice?
A. It is sometimes possible that your payment could cross in the Post with our renewal notices. However if you receive a renewal notice more than two weeks after you've sent in your payment it may mean that we have not received your payment. It may also mean that your card or cheque has not cleared. In either case please contact our subscriptions department via email or telephone +44 (0) 20 8655 6400. The department is open between 9.30 - 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday with a secure answering service at all other times.
